Programming is individualized and utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, (ABA).
Preschool students work on targeted goals throughout the day during structured learning times and naturally occurring activities such as outside play, social time, and lunch.
Little Pine students develop Kindergarten ready skills that will allow them to access their education to their best ability and form meaningful relationships with teachers, caregivers, and family members.

Job Description:
Assist students in achieving academic success by providing our students regular guidance, mentoring, and support in the classroom and in 1:
1 situations.
Monitor students at all times to ensure the safety of students.
Utilize therapeutic language and behaviors at all times to create a safe space for students.
Participate as a member of our education and treatment teams which facilitate individual counseling as well as group counseling and assessments.
Provide behavioral support based on each student's individual treatment plan which may include de-escalating tough situations and performing physical restraints to maintain student and staff safety (State approved training provided on site) Promote school pride by helping maintain a clean and welcoming facility.
Make a difference in the life of children while growing as a person and a professional Education Requirements:
Minimum, High School Diploma.
MUST BE/ BE WILLING TO BE FINGERPRINTED BY DHHS to work in a Licensed Childcare Facility.
